- saying to them So that they can all hear-

For when one gives his servant a gift, he cannot protect it from all other people, so if robbers come and take it from him, what benefit has he the servant from this gift? As for the Holy One, blessed be He, however, He is the One who both gives and protects.
25. May the Lord cause His countenance to shine to you and favor you.
- May the Lord cause His countenance to shine to you May He show you a pleasant, radiant countenance. -

26. May the Lord raise His countenance toward you and grant you peace."
- May the Lord raise His countenance toward you by suppressing His wrath. -
27. They shall bestow My Name upon the children of Israel, so that I will bless them.
- They shall bestow My Name They shall bless them with the Explicit Name. -
- so that I will bless them, and endorse the blessing of the kohanim (Priests). Another interpretation: “I will bless them”-that is, the kohanim. -
1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
1Pe 2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
Gal 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
No matter what, when, where, why, we can't forget who He is and who we are in Him.
