Plus cost plays a part too. The cost to the Organization as a whole. What is COGIC having to pay to rent a building for a whole week? I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. So if they start moving around it will cause cities to actually compete for their business and try to offer better deals. These city officials know that when that many Black folks come to a city for up to a week, they are going to leave a LOT of money in that city.

In Memphis, the organization has to pay to rent the Cook Convention Center and the Fed Ex Forum for the large gatherings. In St. Louis, they can actually have everything under one roof at one facility, America's Center, which has more overall space and seating capacity.
