There is one way=Jesus. There is no other 'right way' again to come to the Lord.
Prophetess Bynum as anointed as she is has a tendency to make the gospel more burdensome than it actually is.
Just because we have Jesus is EXACTLY why we can come to Him any kind way.
Lawd do people actually read their bibles in this day and age?

I believe we have to come to some understandings about things. First and foremost YES Jesus is the only way. No argument or doubt about that. The entire OT is a type and shadow of things in the NT. Now part of the problem is that we have people all too willing to discard the Old because we have the New. This is not the plan of God. We have people that seem very willing to embrace EVERYTHING of the Old and not the New. That is not God either. The key I believe is coming to an understanding of how what GOD did in the Old enhances and reinforces what we have received in the New. I can look at the Jewish Feasts and see how each one is a type and shadow of what GOD promised to do in the New. Some have come to pass. Some are yet to come to pass. My study of those things and those events have blessed my understanding of the new. I have seen some of the teachings done on the Tabernacle and how it relates to the NT believer and I have found them to be a blessing. MY concern is are what we doing at these envents God led and orcestrated Personally I avoid conferences like the plague.

I have found that if one reads the Old Testament knowing that everything in it points to the New (The Gospel, Jesus Christ and ALL that He fulfilled) then, yes, it is a blessing.
When one tries to "take us behind the veil", go to the "threashing floor" and bring "the Ark of the Covenant w/ horses" etc. and not mention that Jesus FULFILLED ALL OF THIS then that is when I have a problem.

I believe that God himself is raising up prophets who he has hidden. Yet, I made mention that I wasn't going to comment on this topic, anymore. Guest..you posted a prayer in this topic in which you asked God to curse those who spoke against Prophetess Weeks. That reminds me of the King who asked Baalm to curse the children of Israel..and he told this King that he could not curse what God has blessed. At this time their are many who have heard her say the "Lord told me" are still waiting her to do what he told her to do. I among many was at a conference who heard her say that the "Lord told her to come back in 9 mths" to do a revival. She has yet, to come back and I am sure there are many who are still holding out hope that she will return to this region..and that's been over 2 yrs. ago. I once heard her speak a message in which she said that there are some places that your anointing will take..but, it will be your character that will keep you. No one above judgment As for the prayer that was posted by guest..that was a curse you posted on this website and it was not in the order that God has called for us to pray. In he word he told us to pray for those who disspitefully use..to bless those that curse you...that life and death is in the power of the tongue..and if you call yourself an intercessor..you want to pray this..create a clean heart in me, O God and renew a right spirit within me..and finally let the words of my mouth and the meditiations of my heart be acceptable and pleasing in thy sight..oh, Lord, my strength, and my redeemer...because anything that is prayed over any situation that is not of the heart of Father..you're praying what some may call "soulish" prayers and some "witchcraft" prayers. I am quite sure that are people on this board that God has revealed what is happening with our world and yes, within the body of Christ concerning our nation, and yes, some of our well known Christian leaders..yet, they have not exposed them or put anything out there. It's time out for the mockery that we see in on our televisions, our conferences, and whatever you want to call them..God wants to restore all things to us..but, how can he ? By the way I often wonder how come no one hears to the voice of the Lord saying I want you to El Paso, TX and call for the "wailing men and women of God"..I don't want you to charge a registration fee, for those who cannot afford a ticket, I want you to cover that, and I do not want the people of God to pay for anything including their room and board..it is now time for you to give back to those who have given to you unselfishly. As many don't give the opportunity to leave their home state or region..it is now time for the work that I have purposed for that region to begin...and I want you to fiance the whole thing..as it will begin with you. That would be too much like God..because it would cost something..

I was wondering how one can compare the shofar with the ark of the convenant............. For those wanting to know about the threshing floor (I personally had never studied it nor really even knew what it meant, here's a website with some scriptures: www.gospelassemblyfree.com/facts/threshingfloor.htmAdditionally: What is that "pattern"? I tend to not use the word pattern when describing coming to God because each person worships God differently and we can't say that everyone must come to God the same way. It is important to remember that we have to KNOW God for ourselves and in us knowing God, we'll know exactly the worship that God has placed within ourselves.

The pattern is Christ. He is the effulgence of God's glory and the waymaker and because He is who He is therefore we have boldness to come and keep coming. THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED THE GOOD NEWS! Glad tidings to fallen man!

so don't go praying curses on God's people because we ask questions......... Even Jesus ask God a question, so who are we that we can't ask a question regarding the words that proceed from our brother or sisters mouth......... Now you're analyzing the prayer because it offended you. Again, No good will come to those who constantly come against what God has established (it's not about the person). No I didn't analyze the prayer bcuz it offended me. I said what I said based upon what I read......now if you didn't mean to ask the Lord to curse people that ask questions about this woman's ministry than you need to say that..... I can't be cursed because I am COVERED with the BLOOD of Jesus.............and with that Blood I have a right to try the spirit by the spirit.....

I think it is because it is too good to be true.
Folks who truly know God can appreciate typology without feeling that they need to reneact elaborate ceremonies and get into some zone pattern to be in His presence-that makes foolishness of the cross.
Matter of fact the tabernacle is as far as i am concerned normal, basic teaching which has been taught throughout the ages.
God's word is inexhaustible however i doubt that this is the generation which is yet to 'realize' what it is all about.
Bible teachers have been teaching it for years and Hebrews explains it quiet well.
If people were not so ignorant and lazy Bible students we would not be in some of these messes in the first place.
I am also frankly tired of christians who repeatedly need to be told how to live right i mean should not holiness be automatic for a believer? All these conferences that are set up to tell us exactly what constitutes the basic tenements of the faith like righteousness, holiness, prayer etc I question whether those believers are saved in the first place!!
When are we going to stop wasting all this time and money on timewasting christians and actually gather ourselves in a dome to seek God beyond ourselves.
When are we gonna get together and pray for nothing but the world, Thailand, Iran -topics that have nothing to do with my head, my husband, my my my my my!
Now that is when i will truly say we have started tapping some realm as far as i am concerned the only realm we are tapping at present is 'ourselves' and it is nasty.

BEE: Holiness is automatic for a believer..... there are just many people that portray Christianity w/o really being Christian.....for the way to God is still narrow........

When one is saved, they are filled/baptized with the HG. Therefore it is no longer "they" that live but rather it is Christ that lives within. It's sad that the only stories that one here's about conviction is with the older saints talking about when they got saved. This isn't saying that it doesn't happen now, but it's not as great. I mean from clothing to places they went, alcohol, smoking, gambling, etc. It would bring such great conviction that they wouldn't do it anymore because of their relationship with God. Nowadays, everything is a process and it seems as though not many give up too much when they come to Christ. (this is not EVERYONE). Years later people are still doing the same thing and when told about a better way, sayings like "you can't judge me".... come into play.
However, when one becomes saved, they will be holy. Why? Because the Lord said to be holy as He is holy and therefore if God says it, we can do it; at least if it is now Christ that lives within us. When you think about it, everytime that we as Christians sin (although we don't have to) we made a choice. I chose to sleep with that person.. I knew it was wrong. I chose to steal.......I chose to lie....etc. We have power over sin because of what Christ did for us. We are no longer bound to sin or to commit sin. Sinners will still do what sinners do....... but saints should do what saints do.
At the same time, we must remember that we aren't holy in order to be saved but rather because we are saved we are holy.

When one is saved, they are filled/baptized with the HG. Is one automatically filled with the HG upon salvation or is there a separate filling / baptism that needs to take place?
