I was Wondering why does Praise and Worship Leaders have such hard times in there Life.........I always wonder why does my life have to be so hard and it always seems like im always going through something or struggling with something all the time........It seems like I never get a break!

One must be careful as to not fall into the same category that the Israelites found themselves in: murmuring and complaining.
Although it is understandable that one may desire to complain about certain things, one should make it into a "sandwich praise". Yes, you may complain, but put a praise before and after. Never end it with a sad note.
A scripture that came to mind:
Deu 8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, [and] to prove thee, to know what [was] in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

It is a relif to express my frustrations to God!!! Is it wrong to share your frustrations or your complaints to HIM???

You can take your frustation to God.. But do you leave with it >> Do you leave it at the altar and sacrifice it >>> Do you allow the Lord to minister to you, help you and give you peace.. Or do you just leave the same way you came in ? |

Read the book of Psalms...I have found that they hold many answers. David shared his frustrations, his heart, his hurt, and his concerns..yet, in the end he praised the Lord.

BTW Why do you think True Praise and Worship leaders are challenged in their lives Good Question Giant" I think it has alote TO DO with the Fall of Lucifar, When God kicked him out of Heaven along with the 3rd of the angels. Praise and Worship was Lucifer position in heaven. So I guess that makes lucifer jealouse of us since we stole his position.  Be Blessed Jessica |

I'm a Praise and Worship leader. I don't find that my life is difficult due to praise and worship, but I do believe that the enemy will use a lot of tactics to stop us from trying to exhort and encourage people to bless God. Now, the enemy will use tactics to stop the people of God period.
Now, I do go through so many issues with my throat, and voice, that even when I sound a "hot mess" God still blesses, and it is because...I know that I am in my rightful place of ministry, and I do live praise and worship.
Like the song says: Theres a praise on the inside, that I can't keep to myself, A hal-le, stirring up from the depths of my soul, so excuse me if, I seem a little, gitty or maybe even strange, but praise is the way I say thanks.
*exhales* thats SO real..praise bubbles over inside of me.
I think with Praise and Worship Leaders today, they really don't know the foundation of Praise and Worship, the Levitical Preisthood, and thy "WHY" Judah was sent first in Battle. It aint just about singing....Its so much more than that...and a lifestyle that backs it up, will definitely show.
