In light of all that is happening within our world where Christianity is under attack. And the workplace is no different. Yet, I also see when brought to one's attention that some practices are considered against company policy; that the behavior continues and the when faced with termination; one boldly proclaims " I am a child of God; you can't do this to me !! Bahbah Shabah..I rebuke you in the name of Jesus !!" Some months ago, I found out the hard way that inviting someone to church in the company I work was considered to be solicition and in it's worse case harassment. And I realized how not having a knowledge of company policies; can cost many problems. Yet, on the other hand I have seen others outright continue with practices that they have been written up for; and been told any further instances with result in termination. Even some the emails that are passed along as forwards are considered to be harassment. And my question is do you know your company's policy regarding this ? And how would you approach the teachings of "work place" evangelism knowing your company's views on this ? After listening to the many messages where you are encouraged to invite your coworkers to church; should winning souls and evangelism be your primary purpose for working where you do ?

Stillfocused, I understand what you are saying, how different work place say that church evangelism is a form of soliciting and it’s not allow.
The bible states that after we are saved, we are called to be witnesses.
My job is kind of different, the owners God fearing, If we have any type of luncheon or a get together one of the CEO'S Pray before we eat, And all thorough the work place people sends Christian email inviting people to church functions. And at times we do talk about the Lord and his goodness.
We have an hour for lunch and we can take it anytime we get ready, at times there would be groups of us walking getting something to eat... I use that time to invited people out to church or give them an encouraging word... Because I'm not in the building, my lunch break is my time and I can use it how I please...
It just depends on the company and there policies they have in place. I believe that God will always open a door.
