How you feel about this statement " God will not give you a vision until you work in another man's vision "

Well lets examine this reality of this statement.
This statement has been used by many ministries to manipulate people, however personally i am a little exhausted debunking things that we already know are untrue.
God can and will give you a vision whenever HE deems to do so.
However the truth that is relative is that oftentimes we will be required by GOD to serve before he will launch us into something.
Joshua served under Moses
Elisha served under Elijah
Joseph served in the Potiphar's house and the prison before the palace.
David served under Saul.
The Discples served under Jesus.
Paul was submitted to Priscilla and Aquilla.
So there is a truth from that statement as well.

I understand. Many have been taught that they don't have a vision because they have not served where the Lord wanted them to..

I understand. Many have been taught that they don't have a vision because they have not served where the Lord wanted them to.. Which is why people need to start building their relationship with JESUS. We are very comfortable building a rleationship with a church, organization or persons, yet we fail to build a relationship with JESUS because He demands things of us that we are not totally committed to giving up or giving over.
