This question was asking.. and the discussion went on and on.. I'm want to ask You all the question also.
Where did Sin Come From? Did God created Sin?
I'm stuck between to places where I beleive Sin Started..I don't truly beleive that God created sin.
I beleive Lucifer started it..... 2 place sin was done e Garden of Eden { when he decieved Eve} and Heaven {when he got kicked out of heaven}

I'm stuck between to places where I beleive Sin Started..I don't truly beleive that God created sin. I beleive Lucifer started it..... 2 place sin was done e Garden of Eden { when he decieved Eve} and Heaven {when he got kicked out of heaven} Here's a good scripture to start with: Isaiah 45:5-10 5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: 6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. 7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. 8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it. 9 Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands? 10 Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth? Also it would appear that sin entered the earthly realm AFTER Adam ate of the fruit...... |

Thank's Nik... that scripture was quoted. Now the problem was.. My young folks feel that ...why did God created evil..Knowing that some will fall. and it's not right..

Would it be "fair" to say that the only way to know good is to know evil? Would there be another way to "measure" what is good or not? Just like with school grades. The only way to know or understand that an "A" is the best grade is to understand that B-F is below it. If not, kids could get grades A-F and may never understand the difference..... I may be wrong, but just some thoughts that came to mind..... |

Victory! just let the young folks know that even when you fall, he is God enough to pick you back up, and restore you so that you don't even have the look of one who is fallen, you just have a the look of on who is forgiven! He is able to keep you from falling and present you faultless! |

If heaven was perfect..how could satan think of exaulting himself above the heavens and be like god? Eze 28:15-16 You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, Till iniquity was found in you. 16 By the abundance of your trading you became filled with violence within, and you sinned; therefore I cast you as a profane thing out of the mountain of God; and I destroyed you, O covering cherub, from the midst of the fiery stones.” I believe sin started from satan. How did his sin come from? I Believe from himself...For example, the reason for fornication is the lust of the flesh. But between this reason and the sin, we have a free, responsible being under obligation to keep his/her flesh in the control of his/her reason. Therefore, he himself becomes the cause of sinful sexual act.The bible says in James 1:14,15 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. We do find that God created good and evil. Sin is transgression against the law/missing the mark/disobedience to God. Could it be that God didn't create "sin", perse but rather it is the "ending result" of what we have been given "free will" to decide?...... Just like water and ice..... Just because there is water (free-will) in a pot won't make it turn into ice(sin). But rather what you do with the water....... make sense?
