You know, I can't say that this would stop me from eating McDonalds fries..
Seriously, how many of us actively seek and search out who owns whats, who created what, and who's the ultimate driving force behind it.
Here's a Hypothetical question:
If all your local grocery store owners supported the gay agenda, and the only "untainted" grocery store available was in a city 20 miles outside of your town, would you drive 20 miles just to make groceries?

I have to be honest.... I won't know until that happens, for all I know, they could actually support it now. However, I am not convicted until I know for sure - I don't go around searching for the stuff but when I read it, it becomes another matter all together. And there you go mentioning the fries again!

I'm sorry..see the effect of the fries.
I guess what I am asking is, How does purchasing a McDonalds product change your personal stance on the Gay Agenda? Each Mcdonalds are individually owned but they are apart of a franchise corporation..What if the Owner of your local McDonalds was a Christian?

I believe that it is the CEO of the McDonalds Franchise that is stating this and therefore part of my money would go there. Ummm, actually one of the McDonalds that I used to frequent, the owner is a Christian and again, I honestly don't know how to answer the question you posed. Imo be back to answer you.

What happen to pro love ? Not one time while Jesus walked this earth did he mention gays or lesbians. I think we put to much emphasis on that subject. Doesn't he love everyone? Aren't we suppose to love everyone? Are we not all sinners? what's the problem? If you had a child and that child was gay would you not love that child the same? Not eating at a restaurant because they support gays are you kidding me? ??

What happen to pro love ? I don't know what "pro love" is; can you please explain it to me? The Word of God places emphasis on this topic as well. And if the Word of God is against such a lifestyle, so am I. Sure He does! Praise God, He loves me even with my faults. I am not lacking love here. See above. yes, indeed, me being chief of all. Me knowingly using my money to support a homosexual agenda. Sure would! But this isn't an issue of love. Nope, not kidding you at all. I am merely taking a stand on what I believe and if my conviction is that I don't want to knowingly support a gay agenda (and I do believe the bible supports me) - then let each be convinced in his own mind! I am doing my research - we will see. Right now, I am just trying not to go get some fries. ( Thanks Jasmine!)

I do however feel that the question you've posed is out of context of the statement made. But for the sake of clarity and understanding.. I said: if Mcdonalds the Corporation supports the gay agenda, but your local Mcdonalds owner is a christian, will you know no longer eat there because Mcdonalds the Corporation backs the Gay agenda? In essence the answer to your question is NO

I am with you ASWSOY. I do not look for stuff but when knowledge visits me then i believe in making a stand. I cannot be praying and be used by God to initiate national repentance and prayer about the strongholds in society and yet actively support any kind of injustice to the best that i can whether it be buying clothes from companies like GAP who have been exposed as using underage children in their sweatshops down to the gay agenda.
The gay agenda goes beyond the individuals trapped in this lifestyle. It is a spirit which exalts itself against the most high and seeks to renew the education system, business and commerce and conform them to the pattern of the prince of the power of the air.
I believe in making a stand and matter of factly i believe that if we christians did that on a lot of issues besides pray that yes we might be able to restrain some of the activities of the enemy that he is finding so easy to filter into our society.
Faith without works is dead-to pray and do nothing as far i am concerned ties in with that verse. I am for christians speaking out against unrighteousness in all spheres of society like Daniel did and not this escapism, defeatist attitude that some believers have as if God has stopped interfering in national affairs and agendas.
God's love extends to all and never ceases. However love does not mean i have to support or tolerate a lifestyle. I love to evangelise i am a proper arty bohemian type so i know a lot of bi and gay people and all those eccentric sorts.
One of my close friends is a man who is bi and believes he is transgendered-i love him very much and because i love him i tell him that God loves him and when we get to talking about the lord i explain to him exactly that his lifestyle will take him to hell no less or more than anyone else who is unsaved.
Why do i do that? because that is exactly where unrighteousness leads.
Homosexuality has now gone beyond just individuals who are broken and in need of God's healing touch to a massive empire and system of thought and it is the latter 2 that i will always stand and oppose because my children are at risk and my grandchildren.
If McDonalds is not ashamed to make a stand then neither am i. I am knowingly not going to further or sponsor with my money gay pride, gay education gay anything just as i knowingly do not support sweatshops, china's nonsense in darfur and tibet and the list goes on. If there was no choice it would be a different case but there are millions of other restaurants and places where i can eat and shop so off i am to let them know exactly what Bee thinks *wink*wink

hey Guys, I find there are way more scriptures in the bible about the treatment of the poor than there are about gays....
But I don't see that many people looking to apply those scriptures to their lifestyles. We have become so at ease about the treatment of the poor it has become a common theme and business practice.
In fact because of our lack in taking a stand in this area the idea that people can be treated poorly and over worked for nothing has spread from the poor to blue collar jobs, to now white collar jobs to now creating an whole class of people referred to as the working class poor.
How many people make it a point to not buy veggies from store in which the mexicans are paid change to the dollar? How many people make it a point to stop taking flights from airlines that ripe off pilots from their retirement funds? Then want to over work them?
I think it would be a good idea for all of us to take a stand. But i'm not of the idea that I want to go back to creating situations in which gay people are forced back underground and in the closet. I have to say that I'm not really sure what the "gay agenda" is? If there is a business ower in my area that happens to be gay... But he provides me with a good service and all of his customers with respect then I don't have a problem with him.
This person has to make a living and I'm not of the understanding that God wants them to starve... Anymore than I would not hire a person that was the best for a job because they happen to be gay... I haven't read the scripture in the bible where God say thou shall not hire...
Now what I would do as a Christian is to show them love and kindness, I would be honest about what I believe about their life styles... and most importnatly I would pray for them because God has the power to change them I don't.
Now I don't support gay pride or gay education... But I undestand where those kind of programs come from when we have students that are beat and killed because of their gay status.

Gay pride and gay education (not sure that I know what that is) is part of the Gay Agenda, so to support it is to say that you are for it.
And why do we keep bringing up the issue of love. I don't see where anyone is lacking love here nor do I read where anyone said that they would not love the individual and continue to be kind. However, what I am saying is that my money will not knowingly be used to support something that the Word is totally against.
Sure, the Word speaks more on the poor than it does homosexuality so does that mean that homosexuality is not as important a topic as the poor is? God forbid! This thread happens to be about McDonalds supporting the gay agenda, however I am also against mistreatment of the poor.
Again, love is not the issue here. I am not saying that anyone should starve or not have job etc. What I am saying is that if McDonalds wants to "agressively" support the gay agenda then I'll go to Wendy's!

I don't like McDonald food anyway, Now that I know better I will do better.... My money will Not go to any company that I know that support gay agenda.
If we as Christian will stop tearing each other down and get off the hearsay hunter tours... we can fight against these companies that want to teach our children a lifestyle that is against the Word of God. We can stop them by encouraging other Christians and churches to stop eating and purchasing items from these companies.... We need to find out which company actually support or involve with gay agenda, abortion, or any other sin. What I mean by support, they raise money and give into these foundations, movement, awareness programs and advertisement.
