"SHIFT! SHIFT! SHIFT! TODAY IS YOUR DAY TO SHIFT THE FOUNDATIONS"
Today is the day for a shift into the purposes and plans of God. Do not say, "Tomorrow," but "TODAY." Do not say, "But what about yesterday?" For today is the day to shift into God's heart and desires. This is your day to SHIFT! Release & Deliverance from Saul--the Flesh
2 Samuel 22:1-4, "And David spake unto the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD had delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul: And he said, 'The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; The God of my rock; in Him will I trust: He is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my Saviour; thou savest me from violence. I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.'"
The Lord is delivering the Church from the ways of Saul. All the striving in the flesh to try to do God's will and desires is the way of Saul. This is everything that is birthed out of a fleshly focus to do "good things" that are not "God things." But Jesus did only what He saw the Father doing. It is in this place of sensitivity, yieldedness and communion with the Holy Spirit, that we find deliverance from the ways of Saul. When we walk in the ways of the Spirit, our true identity and authority as sons of God is revealed.
All creation waits and longs for the revealing of the children of God so that the righteous judgment of God may be "executed upon those" in the earth. When I use these words "executed upon those," that is really strong. So I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea that I'm propagating the wrong spirit. (calling fire down from Heaven). This is to be understood in the light of us being His vessels which carry His Presence. As we draw deeper into the light of walking with Him, our authority grows along with the weight of His Presence within us.
This judgment is for a purpose. The purpose is that the nations may come to Him--for they are His inheritance. We must know that the judgment of God is an act of mercy and Not a great display of God for the point of being destructive and cruel for the sole purpose of judging sin.
Just by walking in this light, it affects the people around us. In turn, His Holy Presence within us affects people to either run or to come to Him, and even the earth and environment itself is affected. Just as if you turn on the light in a room, it will change the atmosphere. And so it is with us. It is the goodness of God that draws men to repentance. And our obedience to Him allows that goodness to flow....His mercies are new every morning!
But for God to bring us to the place of being revealed as His children, His righteousness must be revealed in us and through us. Our righteousness is as filthy rags in His sight. We must wholly lean on His righteousness and take up His holiness into our lives. We dare not trust the sweetest frame of the flesh, but wholly lean on Jesus' Name. With the pure garments provided by the Lamb of God, we walk in our true authority as sons and daughters of God. Our lives are completely vested in Him.
The Righteous Judgment of God
2 Samuel 22:7-8, "In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried to my God: and He did hear my voice out of His temple, and my cry did enter into His ears. Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of Heaven moved and shook, because He was wroth."
Out of our life's devotion to Him, we will cry and He will hear and answer. When He answers, He will shake the foundations of the earth. He will test what things are made of, where man's trust is. He will shake the nations so that they will cry out in desperation to Him. All the things--the false gods that man has placed his trust in, will be shaken and removed. Then man will be left bare naked with the choice to cry out to God to be his source of life and security.
Deliverance of God from Enemies--Too Strong for Us
2 Samuel 22:17-18, "He sent from above, He took me; He drew me out of many waters; He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me."
Our enemies are too strong for us. It is a profound and essential revelation to understand that our enemies are too strong for us. Because in our flesh dwells no good thing. There is no power in our lives apart from Him. As we find our identity solely in Him--and not in what we do or who we are in the eyes of this world, but completely in our inheritance as His sons and daughters--His deliverance will be realized in our lives. He is our Source. Only by abiding in Him can we realize the victory set apart for us. He is the Vine. We are the branches. Our power and strength lies in the Vine, who is Christ--The Anointed One, "Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord" (Zechariah 4:6).
Jeremiah 17:5, "Thus says the LORD: 'Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the LORD.'"
Children of the Most High--God's Agents in the Earth
Psalm 82, "God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; He judgeth among the gods. How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah. Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked. They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations."
As the children of God, we execute the merciful judgment of God in the earth at His command. Again, we must realize that the reason the Lord brings shaking is to bring repentance so that the nations may be gathered to Him as His inheritance. We are entering an extraordinary time when God will be using us to perform various signs that will cause the world to wonder and stand in awe of God. The Lord is jealous for the nations--the fullness of His inheritance (Psalm 82:8).
Punishment to the Pride of Man
Isaiah 24:18-23, "And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake. The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth. And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited. Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before His ancients gloriously."
The Lord will lay low the pride of man. All the things man has trusted in concerning worldly wealth--his intellect and self-sufficiency will all be brought to nothing. He will humble man with His mighty hand that man may know that there is One God in Heaven who rules over the nations with an iron scepter. The Lord is King and will reveal Himself in this way.
His Words Placed in Us
Isaiah 51:16, "And I have put My words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of Mine hand, that I may plant the Heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, 'Thou art My people.'"
Just as the Lord Jesus told us to pray His Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven, this is the very chief desire of God's heart. He desires to plant the Heavens in the earth. Our mouths are the vehicle He uses to plant the Heavens here. He desires to put His words in our mouths so that we would forsake our own. We have the divine privilege of being the mouthpiece of God in the earth as the evangels of God.
We are His divine messengers. Not only to see the Heavens planted, but to be the vessels through whom He can lay the foundations of the earth. Foundations speak of stability, strength and Heaven's solid rock. Jesus said that he who builds his house upon His Words shall not be moved. All adversity may come upon that house, but it will stand because it was built upon the foundation of God's words.
God puts His words in our mouths so that He may speak through us to His people. This means we are speaking the destiny life of God into His Body that the revelation of who they are in Him may be realized. There is a great need for the Body of Christ to see who they are in Him. The identity that has been freely given to us through the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross must be seen. We are the "marked ones" set apart as "Holy to the Lord" for His purposes.
We are a peculiar people called to bring the revelation of Jesus Christ to the people of the earth. Through knowing Him, knowing who we are in our true identity in Christ and knowing our call and mandate, we will be the vessels God uses to plant the Heavens and lay the foundations in the earth.
