Wow. When God does a thing...He does a thing!
Our first services in the new building were wonderful.
Saturday we went out evangelizing and someone actually showed up Sunday morning as a result of our going out! Said they were coming back for the evening celebration and they did. We're going to definitely stay out there in the community and reach more folk.
After we all came back from street ministry...prayer broke out in the sanctuary. It was awesome!
But like Nikkol, I'm glad it's all done. It was a lot of work over 72 hours! Thank the LORD for the day off today!
I owe Him everything.

That's AWESOME!! Continue to be encouraged.
Definitely keep going out there into the community. Although we all want people to come to church and be saved, make sure that you are developing relationships with the people. It's definitely easier to reach people based on relationship... even if they know you as the person that always says hello and asks how they're doing.... that holds a lot of weight.
Keep us informed....
BTW, our church just recently started having a clothing giveaway every 4th Sunday from 12-2:30PM. We had people come and receive and some that even have more that they want to give as well. One person has over TWENTY BAGS of clothes!!! So, depending on your area, that may be something you want to look into... esp. since some of the thrift stores prices are sometimes higher than other stores...... So many people are in need of clothes and so it's a great opportunity to give people clothes without them having to pay anything... and the appreciation that you recieve is something that is long lasting....... we actually need more room..... (lol) Now some people need more room for people, we need more room for all these clothes.....LOL. Talk to your church and maybe they can use this as another evangelism tool as well. :-)
I'm so happy for you guys!!!!!!
