ok for the crab ragoons.
I use Nasabi organic Wontons. You can find them at any walmart in the fruit and vegetable section.
I take a package of cream cheese, and about a cup of imitation crab meat.. Mix them in a bowl together, and fill the wonton. wrap it, then fry.
for my Egg Rolls.
I fry a package of ground chicken. I season it with season salt. Drain, and pour in bowl. I then pour in a package of Dole Classic cole slaw in the bowl. I season with Onion powder, and garlic salt. (to taste) and I use Nasabi egg rolls, (found in the same section as the wontons) and fill each egg roll with a nice size.
then I fry them.. Eat with sweet in sour sauce...or a hot chilli sauce..(which really is used for lumpia) but its so good.
My fried rice- I use a package from walmart called "fried rice seasoning" I cook rice the night before, and put it in a bowl. I add some chopped grean onions, and a package of frozen peas & diced carrots.
The day I prepare it. I fry 3 egg yolks..and add to the bowl.
I fry some ground pork..shrimp, and ground chicken. (usually have some left over from the egg rolls).
I add them into the bowl...I take the package of "fried rice seasoning" add the contents to the mixture, per what directions on the package. (1/4 cup of water)
Then I add some soy sauce. I pour it all in a large skillet and fry.
usually takes less than 10 minutes..and its real good.
