When we think of constipation we think of not going for days at a time. But I found out this past weekend that if you're not havinf a BM 2 to 3 times a day you're constipated. Everytime something goes in your stomach something is supposed to come out.

Everytime something goes in your stomach something is supposed to come out. That's excellent and, in some cases, even potentially LIFE-SAVING info, sis vindicated. I have an uncle who has been in in the hospital for the last month, recovering from surgery which resulted from this exact issue. He very nearly died. And this is the same man who has mocked me for years for eating what he called "horse/rabbit food" (aka fiber). WOWWWWWWW!!! Well now, that certainly explains a lot!
