California bans restaurants from using trans fats

This is an example of what has been happening more and more, and is called in some places "Nanny government".
Governments and politicians, businesses, actually having laws passed which may seem like they "care" so much about their constituants and health, and in fact are still all about money, when it 's all said and done.
Don't they have other fish to fry?
