She gave a hard hitting speech last night... but I thought it lacked substance. I just look forward to people playing the sexist card, when she is questioned on the issues.

WOW! I am very surprised at the comments that I am reading this morning….
After much research Sarah Palin scares the bejesus out of me!
Not because of her political issues on abortion, gun control or taxes….it’s her personal life that scares me to death….
(1)…. This woman was in labor for 8hours (knowing full well that she was carrying a Down syndrome child) on an airplane ride from Dallas to Alaska…with her water breaking on the plane and never notifying anyone one her labor difficulties is just bizarre and very strange to me…..
(2)….. She goes back to work three days after giving birth to her special needs child….
With thinking like that and the need for healthcare reform in this country…I am very afraid that a woman with this kind of thinking will take women back to the Stone Age (slavery for us AA) where they had babies and was back in the fields the next day… Insurance companies and employees are already trying to cut back on hospital stays for women and with a woman like that in office it will be very scary to see if she tries to rescind the Family Medical Leave Act….
Also where does this woman stand on education…..is her daughter in school and I understand that the daughter’s baby’s daddy didn’t graduate from high school….
As a woman who votes cross the party line I am very shocked and somewhat very disappointed in the Republican Party with this pick fir Vice President…

I can't vote just by party. Right now my vote is for the McCain/Palin ticket. However, voting is not until November and I am still in prayer. However I will be considered a hypocrite if I was to cast a vote for Obama/Biden.
Nothing personal though.

Here is my question.. why ?? Because Obama isn't getting my vote. ok but that still doesnt answer why. You have the right to vote for who you vote for... but why is McCain your choice

However I will be considered a hypocrite if I was to cast a vote for Obama/Biden. Nothing personal though. I cross barriers. I am not a democrat, Im not a republican. This gives me the liberty to assess the presidential candidates. At this point and time in my life, my belief in God, and what I have been praying for regarding this country..McCain doesn't fit the bill. We have the right to vote for whomever, that is a definite, however, I refuse to vote for somebody who will continue on in the ways of bush. Absolutely, Its nothing personal..its a right to vote for a candidate of our preference.

Personal choice, bro! Personal choice. Why should Obama get my vote? Why shouldn't McCain get my vote? or Why should McCain get my vote, Why shouldn't Obama get my vote. I can answer that last part on why Obama shouldn't get mine and that is where I stand as of TODAY.

I have been all three, democrated, republican, and independence... I want to know what was McCain emotive for choosing Sarah Palin? This woman has too many issues, and more and more is coming out. She being investigated for abuse of power, because she fire a Trooper after he devorced her sister, and mishandling funds that was suppose to be used to build a sport center...(I have to find the web-site to give you the correct information) . Now, this may not be true... but the Enquire was correct about John Edward affair.... They said she had an affair on her husband... I pray it is a lie... There are too many issues and it is beginning to unfold.... her own mother-in-law say she will not be voting for Sarah Palin, on TV. She have some enermy in her own family and they are leaking information. Obama got my vote!!! OBAMA-08 corner.nationalreview.com/post/?q=NzRiNDZkODEwMzdkMThmOTQ1NjFjOGNlNTUzYzA1NmY=

well, I am going to say this. If I had to go vote TODAY, I would pull the lever for the McCain/Palin ticket! Here is my question.. why ?? This isnt about ASWSOY reasoning... but most will just pick mccain because of "values". They feel that since obama is not pro life, and he isnt anti gay... he lacks values that means the most to christians. Sad... but thats the case...then you have some who won't vote for him because he is black and seen as inexperienced...(which would be strange because Palin has less experience). My thing is this... if Abortion is murder, then what is sending hundreds of thousands of troups into a war that was founded on a lie over 4100 dead because of it in iraq alone.... what is leaving an entire city to drown with thousands dead while they sit back and scratch their...ummm.... trying to figure out what to do? Murder is murder and wrong is wrong. Or our obligation to help humanity and help the lease instead of the greatest... I'm going to say this to those who are just voting based on "values".... Its more to life than abortion and gays. their has been MORE threats of attacks since bush has been in office and we are viewed as more of a problem for the world.
