Why is it that you can be driving like 10 miles an hour for 3 miles and out of nowhere you can start driving 50 miles an hour and there was NO exit for ppl to get off or on the highway?

It may have previously been a back road, that was turned into a highway? Was it a one lane highway?

It may have previously been a back road, that was turned into a highway? Was it a one lane highway? No. It's one of the main highways in Philly. (I 76). But it's just annoying because it takes me so long to get there and I don't know WHAT it is. (lol) |
