Luck Vs. Logic
Luck and Logic once went hiking on a road. At dusk, Luck turned to Logic and exclaimed, “After so many hours of hiking, I’m exhausted. It’s time to rest!” He pitched his tent and made himself comfortable where he stopped, right in the middle of the road.
“Are you crazy?” Logic asked Luck. “On the road? Use your logic for a moment and pitch your tent on the roadside!”
“Absolutely not!” Luck insisted. “This is my luck; here I stopped, here I stay.”
Logic, of course, set up his tent on the side of the road.
In the middle of the night, a large eighteen-wheeler truck zoomed down the road. The road was dark, and it was difficult for the driver to see.
When the truck neared Luck’s tent, it was too late to stop. To avoid disaster, the driver swerved to the side of the road, missing Luck’s tent by merely an inch, crashing into Logic’s tent…

We plan and God decides. We must make plans – but remember Who ultimately has the last decision.
