I know the question is how God secured a person salvation.... When my younger sister was out on the street on drugs... I asked God to save her no matter what its take just save her, so her soul will not go to hell. The Lord reveal to me she had AIDS, but I didn't tell anybody. She got AIDS through blood transfusion when she was giving birth to by niece. When she got sick she went down to 65lbs, hair was very thin and sores on her lips... she could even lift her head up and the demon were tormenting her. She wouldn't let me come near her because the demon would scream at me. I was able to to give her a prayer cloth and bottle of anointing oil (she wouldn't let me to anoint her). Later that day she allow me to oil her hair with it and by mom oil her body.... within days she was release to a nursing home and we was able to talk about old time and we will sit and eat ice cream togather. than she was up and walking and allow me to pray for her and I led her to the Lord. Within weeks she gain 70 lbs, hair thicken sores disappeared from her lip and body and she begin going out and spending time with her kids. She looked heavy and strong as if she was never sick. All the sudden she went into a coma... and I pray with her again and led her to the Lord again through repentance before she die. I asked the Lord why? she was healed... He told me that she didn't have the mind to live saved... if He didn't take her now, while saved an a babe, my sister would have went back out in the world of drug and die lost and many have confirmed this to me and other have spoken to my older sister the exact same thing. So this is what I meant by secured salvation.

I do understand what you meant by "secured salvation" and I have heard stories just like the one about your sister about God "taking a person home" so that they would be saved and not lost.
Well if the account of him receiving Christ went down like they said it did, then he'll rise again!!! You know I do believe, in a situation like that and especially dealing with a person like Mike (emotional disturbances due to his childhood or things that have happened in the past, mind of innocence, wants the whole world united in love, not determing things from an adult mind, only through the innocence of a child etc.) God will allow that certain person to come into the knowledge of the truth by any means necessary. Mike had been exposed to a whole lot, and no one knows how his mind worked exactly, but the Lord, so in him seeing Mike's heart and knowing he was seeking for answers, love, comfort, and acceptance in this life, he met him where he was and extended his hand to him. In other words he was knocking at the door of his heart, and Mike came to the realization of this, even being as big as he was in the eyes of the people. Now as I said before if the account is true then that means Mike extended his hand back and came into the family of God through salvation, and that he is resting in the Lord as we speak. That is something great!!
It did seem kind of sudden in how he left us....

LOL that lil closed mouth face thingy looks so funny when someone posts it.....LOL
Maybe saying "secured salvation" is not good terminology, but as I had said before though, i've heard stories similar to AT's about God "taking" the person home before they destroyed themselves and their soul ending up being lost.

I'm under 30, so I grew up when it was just Michael Jackson. Of course I knew about the group and had heard all of the big J5 hits. Mike seemed to fill my childhood with such imagination and wonder at certain times. My brother and I would look at the "Moonwalker" video all the time, like it had just come out, and that's how we became familiar with a lot of his work that was before our time. His music just made me feel a certain way....carefree maybe? Looking at all of his videos that they've been playing over the weekend certainly takes me back down memory lane and makes me realize how innovative and pioneering he was with his work. I'm convinced that the "Bad" video is one of the best choreographed video of all time along with "Thriller" of course. It's definitely my prayer that this man from whom I found so much childhood inspiration did indeed make his peace with God.

Katherine Jackson Gets Custody of Michael's Kids(CLICK TO READ) I admit there are MANY things in that news report that gave me pause. But this: " As for the mother of Prince Michael II, known as "Blanket", a box is checked for "none"." took me all the way to "Selah".

Bro kb, the way I understand it, Debbie Rowe is identified as and has only ever publicly acknowledged being the surrogate mother of MJ's older two children.
Whether or not MJ is actually their biological father, even via artificial insemination, has always been questioned and may become a real issue now. Because, for starters, if MJ's not their bio dad, only a formal legal adoption would have made the children legally his. Without it, the Jackson family could actually have little to no viable claim to them.
And the circumstances of the youngest child's conception and birth are apparently even murkier.
More than anything, reading that news report just reminded me of the many potential issues that can become a part of surrogacy/artificial insemination arrangements, especially informal ones.
I'm thinking that having "none" in the place of either parent's name on or regarding a child's birth records would be one of them.
Michael's gone.
The drama continues.
I'm praying for the children.

Yes, we definitely need to keep those kids in our prayers.
And interestingly enough, from the pictures I've seen of them, they look White, not mixed.

I normally don't watch American Idol..but, I did last night. I sat there listening to the artists sing Michael Jackson songs. Still saddened by his death..even more so saddened that he has been crying out the whole and no one was listening!! Even though he was speaking loud and clear through the songs he wrote.

I was telling someone that it was every little's girl to marry Michael Jackson..how many of us can shame the devil and admit to that? I know I can. I remember listening to Jackson 5 albums..we played our's so much it skipped. My son grew up in the late 80's and early 90's..and he fell in love with the Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson. He begged me to buy him the cassette..restless is not the word I can use to describe the night I had when I learned his passing. I was at a work saying "it's got to be hoax, Lord, let it not be true".
