Hello Guys, How are ya'll doing this sunday morning? I just wanted to ask my House of Refuge family to keep me up in prayer this week... Especially this tuesday...
I am in one of the biggest battles of my academic career... There is a instructor in one of my classes who seems to be trying to cheat myself and other members of my class out of our true grades....
This whole semester has been incredibly stressful... And each week since Sept. the behavior and actions of this instructor has gotten worse...
This week she sank to an all time low of refusing to return tests back to the class... She wants to tell u a grade but refuses to tell you how many you got right, what you got wrong, or show any paper work at all regarding grades...
I have been to a dean another classmate has been to another and it doesn't look like the university is doing much...
As much as I hate to think it it looks like I may have to get some legal counsel.
All this has taken a toll and made it hard to study. So I am asking you guys to keep me up in prayer... That I can focus and do well on my final exams... Especially on tuesday.
God Bless You All and Thanks!

Amen. Consider it prayed for, sis kitty. FOCUS And DO WELLl (And, although you didn't ask for my advice, imo, how you proceed should depend on what your final grade is and/or whether or not/how much this instructor's methods are a continuing matter of concern to you. Pick your battles wisely and count the cost.)

Keita....
When any instructor refuses to give back tests... That a profound problem Keita... And as a former teacher I would NEVER do any students like that...
Keita.. honestly it really is illegal....

Sis kitty,
I really understand and truly do feel your frustration.
Especially with those 3 "keitas", but mostly from experience.
Nevertheless, and especially with your finals before you, I hope and pray you will not allow yourself to be distracted in any way by your conflict with this instructor.
So, what I am saying to you is simply to handle the first things first.
After that, and speaking as a lifelong student, former k-12 teacher, college instructor, and university administrator, you will be better able to more circumspectly consider whether or not and/or how to proceed.
But for NOW...
FOCUS and DO WELL!
