I was listening to Michael Baisden and he had ppl call their spouse while they (Michael Baisden and George Wilborne) were on the line to ask these two questions:
1) Are you happy (in the relationship)
2) Anything I can do to make our relationship better.
I thought these were good questions and of course took boldness because not only would they hear the answer but all that were on the radio would as well. I asked my husband those questions...but he's so analytical so it turned into a "What would make you think that I'm not happy?" Am I not showing how happy I am?" ....LOL.(gotta love him)
The funny one was when the woman called the man and said "Darius?" (if that was his name) and then said "Michael?" (whom she was suppose to say because he wasn't suppose to know they were on the phone. So when she asked him what she could do to make the relationship better, he said "Stop calling me Michael." LOL.
But I just thought that those were good questions to ask and as we get ready to embark on another "year", as married couples, let's continue to get stronger as a couple and learn from our mistakes to prevent them from occurring again. :-)
