Let's get this years dicussion ball rolling... I have a question for all of you. Do you have any New year's Resolutions? Do you have any specific to your relationship with Jesus Christ? Do you have any in general? Come on and share...

Last year's two resolutions went exceptionally well in my life. My goal was two fold: to STOP talking about, writing about, whining about, wondering about, thinking about, dreaming about, crying about, and sighing about getting married. I realized that none of it was edifying to me spiritually, mentally or emotionally. I said within myself in Dec 08 I believed God heard me the first time I prayed for a husband and the second time, and the third time, etc.... Now it's time for me to just leave it alone and get on with LIVING MY LIFE, like he told me!
Secondly, I wanted to publish my first book of poetry. The Lord gave me two words regarding my book: BY FAITH. So with one I did nothing, with the other, I did more in one year with my poetry than I've done in the 30 years I've been writing. And today I'm 68 days away from the book release/book signing of my first collection of poetry!!!!! What a marvelous feeling this is!!!!! I have finally learned what it means to truly walk BY FAITH.
So this year I my goal is to walk BY FAITH in every area of my life!!!
THAT is my resolution for 2010.

hey Guys,
I have 3 main goals to accomplish this year... I believe that God is leading me towards deliverance ministry. I have really been dragging my feet on it. It's not something that I really desire to do but within a year I have run across so many people that need deliverance that it's not even funny. Witch craft, schizophrena, suicidal tendency, sickness and just plain ole stupidy added to madness.
Even today I have a former friend that is coming at me with so much madness through email that I honestly don't desire to give her my phone number. I know she needs prayer but I don't have the training nor the energy to deal with her issues. So this year I am going to start and finish the deliverance/spiritual warefare course at my church. I started once before but I ended up stopping....
My second goal is my health... I plan to finally make some things a habit rather than a occasional practice. My 3rd goal for this year is to finish my Nursing program... I am so tried of living the life of a student but blessed that God has allowed me to do so for so long.
