Who would you hire?

I was just thinking about this today....if you had your own company and had to hire workers, who would you hire? You know that overseas workers are less expensive than those in the US. Why/why not?

Depends on what kind of company we're talking about. Obviously if I had a small business, I couldn't afford to hire overseas workers. If I had a larger company, that still depends. If I need highly-skilled, highly-educated workers, the jobs are staying here. If I needed manufacturing/production workers or call centers, I'd still have the jobs here; I'd just have them in a rural area where costs are low and you're more likely to receive incentives from the state.
