Oh boy...youre cooking? ? (better put 911 on speed dial...lol j/k) That sounds good. Let us know if we should bring anything. (kids/no kids/drinks/etc) We'll probably give you a small taste of what we learned moreso because we don't want to take away from your opportunity to glean from it as well as we are wanting to start a "homebuilders" in the area with a few couples to be a help to all of us. We'll probably schedule that on a later date...

I had you as a New Orleans kinda girl Sister Keita. When u went on ur board sabbatical someone asked me if i knew where u had gone and i said oh if u go down New Orleans way u are bound to find her there or in a neighbouring state.
Cant u leave Penn and make ur way down that way just so i can be right?
Thank u for ur consideration in advance.

Listen here, sistabee! After you and I got through drinking several "occasional" glasses of wine, I had to make my way to a "Maundy Thursday" service, where I had to wash some real live flesh and blood feet, so you're messing with me at your own risk, lol! Art thou a prophet? Because once upon a time, New Orleans was like my second home and was my absolute favorite U.S, city, hands down. I went every time I got a chance and I found plenty of 'em, with party as my primary purpose. Let's just say that when I came to Jesus, MUCH of my repenting involved a trip to New Orleans. Anyway, lonnnnnng story short... Although I was "grown", I actually "grew up", my life gradually took a different direction and I hadn't been to New Orleans for about 5 years. And when I went back....I went as the woman of GOD. In 2002, I took my "nephewson" back to college in New Orleans and I actually thought I was going to reminisce and revisit "the good old days". I had a whole itinerary planned complete with places to go and people to see. But GOD had other plans and gave me a "Come Up Here!" tour of the city that shook me to my core. And with those two happenings, I prayed for New Orleans everyday for most of 2002-2005. My "nephewson" graduated in May 2005. And the day he did, I couldn't wait to get me and mine out of there. I knew that something was truly over for me that day and New Orleans was never going to be the same to me. In August 2005, everybody knew New Orleans was never gonna be the same...PERIOD. I cried for days (and lamented and ranted on this board) watching "the children of Israel" coming "up out of Egypt"...again, and I prayed while they "passed through the waters"...again, and rejoiced as GOD "saved much people alive"....AGAIN! Lord Have Mercy....See what you did! You know a "drunk" will tell all their business and then have nerve to testify. You are just all up in my business, aren't ya? I actually thought about making that very move, because there were some "good" opportunities, but GOD didn't lead that way. Now you know I love you, sis, but right in through here, I'ma need a fleeced out, 20 confirmation, sung by an angel choir "word from de Lawd" to make that move! ;D ROFLOL!Go sat your crazy "donkey" down somewhere... Pour me some of that "new wine" I know you're drinking... And stop reading other people's mail, LOLOL! ;D (Keita sits down humming, "Do ya know what it means to miss New Orleans?...")
