This is another part of the mess. Paula pulled up sakes and moved to San Antonio to be with Hawkins and his son, recently divorced.

Its an audit.. Again this happens to ministries a lot. Hope they have a good accountant and record keeping. They did the same thing to Promise Keepers a few years ago. Demanded their records for the previous SIX years... And found nothing...

Because he has a business and he had a best selling book. Do they ask Donald Trump why he has what he has, but the people that come to his casino are mental sick jobs that cant stop spending money?

But it is a question that should be asked of all of them I think.... make sure your stuff is straight... make sure you are helping, with a hand up, some that are less fortunate...is all that excessive wealth necessary?

Whos to say where the limit is? If your money comes before God, then you know you have crossed that line...well you SHOULD know you crossed that line... LOL. Personal accomplisments can blind people and make you hard of hearing when it comes to doing the will of God. I would use as a measuring stick...the parable of the young man who was rich, but wanted to follow Christ... Jesus said to him...sell what you have, and give the profits to the poor and come and follow me...the young man quickly thought about it and walked away with his head down. from that point Jesus said it was harder for a rich man to enter into the kindgom of heaven than a camal to enter into the eye of a needle. there is a place in Jerusalem called "the Needles Eye".. and its so low that the only way for the camal to enter into the eye is for it to take off is load. So in context what Jesus was saying is In order for a rich man to enter in..he has to first "take off the load" but he won't because he is too attached to his "things". If brother Dollar desires to make it in...then when God says...give this and that away...he should be obedient...if he has issues with it..then maybe he needs to consider the Camal that makes it through the Needles eye.

What do you classify as excessive wealth I heard a story of a man who is an inventor ( He is the guy who invented the motors for giant earth mover dump trucks. The wheels are so large each one has its own motor ) The man is a multi billionare and he is a christian. He tithed on all his income.. and God increased him. He gave money away to ministies.. God Blessed him. He started tithing 20%.. then 30%.. Then 50%... He said it got to the point where he was giving away 90% of his income and living of the 10% and the ten percent was MORE than he could spend or give away. He asked GOD to stop. God said.. Sorry I cant.. I would have to rewrite the law of the universe to do so.. As LONG as the Earth remains there will seedtime and harvest. if you keep sowing seed you will keep reaping a harvest.. The harvest is ALWAYS greater than the seed sown... I said that to say what.. personally I NEVER question someones wealth status particularly when I dont know their gviing status.
