I feel that there is a need for some clarification as to my role as admin.
Nikkol has all of the admin powers and may see her role differently.
This board started as an attempt to keep those former members of th JB board together for the purposes of fellowship and communication.
One of the unwritten rules between the mods was that we would keep censorship to a minimum.
I have been on some forums where the owners have dominated the discussions not realising the vast treasure of knowledge among their membership.
Though we are a small forum I know that the quality of membership is among the best in the land.
I, as one of the admins wish to keep our board alive and that is why you will see me introduce subjects by way of 'cut and paste' to the forum.
I then leave it to the members to keep the subject live or suffer a merciful death.
One more thing, encourage your friends and enemies to visit and join the forum.
Cheers and God bless
kanyon.

Kanyon,
why the need for this? did something happen? did someone question your role? or the role of a moderator?

No biggie..I was just wanting to point out how my style of administering a forum may differ from another.
I am a member of another forum where the admin is very much hands on and has an opinion about everything. It is also a very quiet forum when you count the number of members there.
I tend to cut and paste interesting items and leave it to the members to decide whether the subject matter is important or no.
