In the same situation... I just asked him what did he mean by the comment offering me anything... I mean we get so caught up in being "right" that we lose all sense... if you don't know what he means... ask him directly... I wouldn't have to wait and ask my husband or anyone else... Hey, what would you do before you got in the church??? You would of asked him to be more clear about what he was saying... why not do the same thing??

I wanted to tell each of you that I did speak with my husband about the situation and to my surprise he wasn't really shocked about it. He then said something that I really did not expect. He said" I watch this brother, watching you in church all the time". I said "ok doesn't that bother you"? He said, "No, because he'll never be able to touch." So, you are saying that its ok to look, as long as he doesn't touch? He said "No, im saying that it doesn't bother me that he's looking at you". I said "Sounds like the same thing to me". I ended the conversation on that note, because I didn't want to hear anything else, that I may not like.

Now, after church on sunday, the brother was talking with my husband and said, Yea I saw your wife, she was all scared at first before she realized it was me. My husband then said "She also told me what you said, and if "we" need anything we will give you a call.

I have had no run ins thus far..But I do feel so much better that my husband is aware.

I am glad you spoke with your husband, this reminds me of something that happen to me at church and I was surprised that my husband knew that this man would stare at me throughout the whole service...........

You will be surprised what husbands notice.......................that's why he is your covering.............
