Today while I was working a coworker came over to me and told me that there was a circle around the sun. Always fascinated by the beauty I have seen since moving to AZ..I went outside and looked up at the sun..and I saw something I had never seen before and may never see again. There was a great big band around the sun and what appeared to be a rainbow around that. I stood there wondering what could it mean and why it appeared over the region I live in..one woman called her daughter in Cali and she could see a bit of it. I could not believe what I was looking at and then I called everyone I could. Some were wondering if it was the rapture and some dismissed it. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera; thank God someone with a camera phone took a picture and emailed it me. While watching the end of the news they showed some pictures of it and answered the question on the minds of alot of people. It was called a sun haloe; as many had said it was a sun dog..
If anyone wants to view the picture please let me know or if the moderators don't mind it somehow a link to the picture can be posted...all I can say right now is Wow !!
