As a christian, what are you supposed to do if your christian friends call you every day, all day to tell you about their problems. You pray for them, pray with them, fast for them, you give them Godly advice, and they still bombard you with their problems, daily. What is our role as a friend?
Thanks, Hischild

Many times, the friend is looking for an ear and a shoulder to lean on.
Sometimes there is no answer at the moment but one can always be a loving friend and confidant.

Just keep enouraging them as best as you can. Sooner or later the problems will be testimonies.

What if your friends bombard you with their problems everyday, and that's all they talk about and it becomes too much for you. What do you do? I am a stay at home mom, and they call me All day long, EVERYDAY. Help!!!!

Honestly,
I know you love your friend, but your friend problems, plus your very own problems..Is TOO many problems. Tell your friend that as much time as they sit on the phone telling you about their problems, they can fall on their knees and take it to God in prayer. Alot of time we allow ourselves to be people crutches, and if we continue to do so, they will never understand "what a friend we have in Jesus".
I have been where you are at, and unfortunately if you don't cut it now, you will get to the place where you are not free to worship God. You will become so overbearen with everyone else's problems, that it will take its toll on how you yourself worship God.

Do all that you can do but don't allow someone else problem to become a problem for you. keep praying for them and let them know that "what a privilege it is to carry everything to God in prayer".
