LANL..read the 1st post..There are other Pastors; his wife is co Pastor. As they both have been traveling; the one night she was there I did not talk to her. He speaks alot during certain periods of the year. And I have been asked to try and speak with him face to face; the resort is to sent a letter. I understand what you are saying, however none of the posts that I read indicated you trying to talk to other leaders in the church about your concern. It bothers me and I am sure the members to know that the Pastor is away so much without having left things in order. It is the Pastors duty to properly nourish his flock. The congregation still needs to flourish and nourish as The Pastor continues his "evangelistic" ministry...... and sometimes there is just food that one can only receive from the "table" of their pastor.

Thanks, everyone for the prayer. I did talk to my Pastor approx. 3 weeks, and became apart of the other body. There is such liberty and peace, my Pastor did not agree with my decision; yet, there is such an excitement and expectation in God that I don't have the words for at this time. Many times when people leave churches it is often said that they are leaving because of spoken words.. not so in this case. God has kept a promise to me that he spoke sometime, ago..once again thanks !!
