This was like pure refreshing water to a mighty parched keita... "I have planted you and built you up, and I will not pluck you up nor tear you down. Refuse the temptation to allow frustrations, irritations, and minor setbacks to shake you, uproot or move you from your established foundation, purpose and direction. Quiet your soul and stand strong and resolute against the enemy's efforts to take you off course or move you away from your kingdom position, says the Lord. There is a marked difference between being moved by the wind of My Spirit and being blown away by the winds of adversity."Jeremiah 42:10 'If you will still remain in this land, then I will build you and not pull you down, and I will plant you and not pluck you up. For I relent concerning the disaster that I have brought upon you." Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns May 30, 2007I wanted to share, just in case somebody else might need a drink... IT IS WELL, Y'ALL!!!

That corresponds with the word of encouragement I've been saying to myself lately: "Run your own race and stay in your own lane."
Thanks for that confirmation, Sis. Keita!

Thanks for that confirmation, Sis. Keita! Amen... and right back atcha! ...G E Patterson; ...preached stay in your lane at the convocation in Memphis one year..... Amen! "For how shall they hear without a preacher?" and that brother was definitely one of the best! I can still remember Rita Twiggs preaching us into good sense one night with the word, "Stay in your lane!" Come to think of it, I've heard some version of that word from quite a few wise folk in my time... Keita..thank you so much for sharing !! What a timely word of encouragement !! Amen, sis! You know, I've been thinking a lot about and taking another look at "encouragement" and "discouragement" these days...
