I don't know what it's about, but in case someone else was wondering.. here is the synopsis...
In the hallowed corridors of heaven itself, the love between three brothers fills the ages before time began. Lucifer, the beloved of heaven, first and greatest of the three. Worship leader of heaven. His throne second only to the Most High's. Ever has he been the Lord God's prince and favorite subject.
Michael, commander of the host of heaven, strong and wise and steadfast. And Gabriel, youngest and most idealistic, loyal and loving for eternity past. Brothers for eternity.
The shining halls of glory buzz with the news of God's new creation: a physical universe. Stars and planets and seas and creatures, all to be made not to spirit but of matter. All to provide the home for the Almighty's crowning creation, a mortal man-bearing in physical form the DNA of God Himself. But in mankind, Lucifer sees his replacement as God's favorite.

I've read a teaser from the first 4 pages of the book online through Amazon. And I must say, the build up drama between Micheal and Gabriel with the admiration of Lucifer as he watch from the balcony of his palace as the two compete in a horse race. Awsome! The discription of the of First Heaven the abode of the angels and the inhabitants....Whew! I had to have it. The snippets from what I read of this book could be a very captivating noval. I ordered a copy already.

My advice after reading the book, unless you are scripturally sound and deeply rooted with spiritual discerment DO NOT read it. The story is fascinating and breathtaking. But it is very subtle. You need to at all times guard your heart and mind. If a person is not carful he or she will find themslves being sympathetic toward Lucifer and fallen angels.
This will be a movie. From my understanding the person who directed Lord of the Rings will take on this book. This book is first of a four part series.

I have read the book it is by the authoress of : Journal of the Unknown Prophet who also happens to be head of God Channel.
The book was not as well written as some others however i believe that the world has been long overdue on writings whether fiction or prophetic visions on the Divine Realm.
I believe Lucifer was a angelic prince who was much loved by the father and heaven and therefore that was why his fall was such a betrayal and devastating and it makes perfect sense as to why God has condemned him and his angels to eternal d**nation.
I did not find myself feeling empathy for the enemy and all those who i have spoken to about say the same-what i did get was a sense of gratitude at salvation and the price and love that it took to create man making me appreciate fully the grace and mercy of God.
Throughout the book we see that God's grace has been eternal and ever present but that it was Lucifer who made his choices. It shows the majesty of God and the Messiah.
We also do well to remember that this is the first in a five parts series so this is just a background setting -
The second one which will come out later this year i believe is called : Messiah and so there she will tackle that side of things, the third book will be based on 3 human brothers living on the earth who will reflect the relationship between the 3 angelic princes and the last one will be about the satanic trinity in the last days and amargeddon etc.
What an awesome tool for preaching the gospel and showing mankind their need for a saviour!!! The people who published it are a christian company and so so are the producers and it is definitely not Peter Jackson from LOTR.
The authoress has been clear that she used creativity to bring the story to life and that this is not a 'teaching book on creationism' so i personally do not rely on books like these for doctrinal establishment-it is just a painting of a picture using the Bible. It made no great difference to what i already believe except make me marvel at the mysteries of heaven-altogether it was a pleasant read.

G3, aside from the use of a creative license, was there anything that seemed to be unscriptural?

Based on what I read in the book it does not deviate from scriptures which a small percentage is used. It forces the reader to be more imaginative. You must understand the majority of the book is set in heaven and we have very little discription of the activity in heaven other than worship. The subtle deception is the "slow" (this process will create a sympathetic view of Satan to the unlearned, and blinding them to the truth of His devious hatred for God and man) developing picture of Lucifer and later Satan, as being a victim and the Godhead and the faithful Angels as villans

Well I had purchased the book and I found it to be very interesting. Not once did I feel sorry for Lucifer or his falling angles. To visionalize the transformation that took place within Lucifer was something else. You see it everyday...... Out of many years of being saved and living for God and even studying about the heavens and how lucifer fell and how God gave him dominion over the earth before his fall my eyes was open to alot of ? that I had already answered within myself. I see exactly what the writer was talking about. You see these things going on in this world today. What really got me was how she went through the bible and if you know your word you knew exactly what she was talking about. I can't wait until the second book comes out called the Messiah. atrue
