Asking each other can be a waste of time since there is no 2.4 manual and i believe that one of the reasons the lord made it that way so that we will be led by the Spirit and rely totally on Him.
If He tells you that u need to cast out a sugar spirit from ur life u betta listen and obey Him instead of debating with folks which is exactly why i sometimes think discussions on particular spirits can lead nowhere.

We also know that we have all authority in heaven however i also agree that we are not to start dealing with principalities presumptuously for various reasons not because we are afraid of them but because i believe that we need to be led by the Lord simply because we are more effective that way. Also if the reasons why they are there in the first place have not been dealt with through repentance then we are wasting our time.
God will tell u exactly how to deal with them and it saves hours and hours of general prayers.
Having said that i have found as i grow in the lord that the quickest spiritual warfare is personal holiness. No one can live in a blazing inferno-as in the natural so in the spirit. If the word of God and His power are blazing in ur house where on earth is the devil going to be able to find landing ground?
It was never the Lord's intent that we be as half obsessed with demons as we are. Come lay ur head on the bossom of Jesus untill u are swallowed up in the intimacy of ur heart and tell me which demon is going to follow u there?
