Since it is politically expedient to be a ACRISTIAN when seeking major public officein the United States , Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attemp to downplay his Muslim background. Also keep in mindthat when he was sworn into office he DID NOT uses the Holy Bible, but instead the Koran. Barack Hussien Obama will NOT recite the Pledge of Allegience nor will he show any reverence for our flag. While others place their hands over their hearts, Obama turns his back to the flag and slouches. Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential candidancy. The Muslims have said they plan on destroying the US from the inside out, what better way to start taht at the highest level- through the President of the United States, one of their own !!!! |

Its all politics. There will be lots of this smelly stuff being thrown back and forth untill election time.
You'd better believe that the democrats will do the same thing to whoever is the republican nominee.

Hello Guys,
I'm actually from Illinois... So I am very familiar with Barak Obama. Now I will say that I don't know if I really think he has the experience needed to become president at this time. I will most definitely say that he has done a lot for the African-American communities in Illinois.
There are many Black Muslim groups in Chicago including the Nation of Islam. Obama doesn't seem to have any ties to them. They haven't done alot to support he either as far as I can tell. Not to mention that their most current leader Minister Louis Farakhan has stepped down and is currently reaching out to Christian leaders and is doing speaking events at Churches.
I think his focus in more on the Black community as a whole opposed to taking a particular focus from a religious stand point.
Obama... from wht I know is a member of Trinity church in Chicago. The church does tend to be on the "liberal" side yet they main focus is uplifting the Black community as well.
From Obama's actions in Chicago IL I would say that the truth is most likely this... Obama doesn't strike me as being a very religious man in any real form. I doubt really really practices "Any Thing".... That would include Islam...
The church that he is a member who in my opinion is probably "luke warm" when in comes to conviction about following the bible. But it is filled with many well to do Blacks who happen to be very politically active.
So chances are that Obama has probably been a member of the church for quite some time.
The bottom line is this... None of these so called people running for president is gonna lead anyone to Christ. None of them is going to be able to stop people from doing drugs, having sex out side of marriage or having abortions.
So one has to consider what is their goal in voting for a president... Are you looking to feed the poor? keep SS in tact and reel in governement spending? Or are you hoping to stop people from having abortions, going to war in other countries and pretending it not about oil?
Decide what you really want your president to do... But let's just all realize than none of them is really going to have Chist like character.

Giants...
it is a very good point for us all to recall that those so call Christian presidents of the past had slaves.... And the Mormons.... believed that until the 1980's Black people weren't allowed in heaven. LOL
Thus I would never let Mitt into office.....
Also it should be known that thre are several political Mormon groups in Utah that are active and want to make polygamy legal. I saw a story on them on a news show something like 20/20.
If Mitt get's into office a lot of these groups will really see it as their chance to get some laws changed....
Bottom line. I think we all show vote as well feel lead.... But know that we are all choosing between the lessor of two evils.

"I think it 's very important for people not to buy into the kinds of dirty tricks that we've become so accustomed to in our politics, and people need to understand I'm not and never have been of the Muslim faith," he told CBN's David Brody.
In e-mail messages that have been circulating as long as Obama has been a presidential candidate, the Illinois senator is said be a Muslim who refuses to recite the pledge of allegiance, and one who "joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background." In fact, Obama has never been a Muslim.
"I think that those who are of the Muslim faith are deserving of respect and dignity, but to try and feed into this fear-mongering and try to question my faith commitments and my belief in Jesus Christ, I think is offensive," Obama also said. "And I want to make sure that people are absolutely clear about what's going on with this, and if they get another one of these e-mails that they're deleting it and letting their friends know that it's nonsense."
Obama did not hypothesize who was behind the e-mails, but noted, "somehow they appear magically wherever the next primary or caucus is."
His comments are the latest in a heightened effort to beat back the Internet rumors ahead of South Carolina's Democratic primary Saturday.

He was brought up muslim...and most muslims are very radical and very stong in their beliefs.. |
