Saute some sausage (Italian hot or mild,etc)

you can also take the exact same ingredients that nikkol just mentioned with a few more additives and make SHRIMP CREOLE'
Along with the sausage, peppers and onions, ADD shrimp & minced garlic to saute
in a large pot, heat 1-2 cans of tomatoe sauce
incorporate ingredients into the large pot
Simmer for about 20 minutes
Serve over rice
