krazeeboi
things were repeated over the pulpit that were said in private, and very inappropriate behavior toward some of the congregants. being called names and seeing open humiliation of congregants; not as an open rebuke. the do as I say not as I do syndrome. And just being caught up in his mess. but it's okay. Sorry yall I am just angry about it all because no he doesn't walk in the same level as me but what about the souls and the church that you are over.....

Keita I was responding to your request for scripture on the type of judgement that "Being quiet" was referring to. Actually i dont know of any scripture to support that view, but I can bring some clarity to the type of "judgement" we as believers will recieve. In 1 Corinthians 3:10-15 it talks about be sure of what you are building upon, the foundation which you have received. which is Jesus. Because some works (i.e. fleshly= wood, stubble, or hay) will not be able to withstand the fire, they will be burned up that's why there can be carnal christians yet and still after they have recieved Christ, I call them immature saints. They have a hard time maturing in the things of God, so they constantly need to be reminded of foundational things (i.e. milk) they dont move on to meat. But those that strive for the mastery and mortify the deeds of the flesh, and are disciplined, they can be able to grow and mature, therefore their works will speak for them (i.e. faithfulness through the spirit= gold, silver, precious stones) So when we are raptured "caught up" we will be "rewarded" not so much as judged, because our works will have already spoken for us, and for us to even be raptured shows where we stood with Christ, so there is nothing to judge, but what we built upon the foundation will be shown by our rewards. Our bad works will be burned and we will suffer loss in rewards for them, and our good works will stand and we will be rewarded for those as well. Hope that brings a lil clarity.
