Some how I'm still on his mailing list (I don't know how, thought I was off.
I got an email today that said bishop weeks is looking for the new mrs. weeks. I was like this can't be true. So I went to his website and look at the video.
It was true. I just could not believe he would do this. He hasn't learned yet.
He is looking for a woman 25 and up, good looking and can have kids cause he wants more kids. ( That was low because he knew Juanita had problems getting pregnant and carrying a child, something that was not her fault.)
He even has an email that you can send him suggestions on what he should look for in his search for the new mrs. weeks.

He didn't ask for a saved woma that is livng right and holy before God.... He just a good looking woman that cn make babies.... there are plenty of fishes in the sea that can produce. I will also keep him in prayer...

why feed into his madness by even mentioning/discussing it? the best way to be rid of foolishness like this is to not give place to it in the first place. when one no longer has a forum, one will go away......................

We need to mention this as a saints of God we need to be in prayer that the Lord will restore this man.... I personally don't want to see anyone line in hell just because they have issues that are not addressed and corrected..... As many times in the church we overlook situations and care not to discuss them....but honestly Bishop Weeks is a man of God that needs restoration. |

I don't think wanting to be re-married is the real problem.... This man have voids in his life that only God can fill. He went through two wives that couldn't fill that void. I pray that in due season, he will become soul-out to God and allow Him to fill the voids. He has been restored, but may not have been completely delivered... He need to have some real men of God arounding him and not yes men, that will sit back and watch him fall. and Again most men go through this after a divorce or death of their spouse. Nothing wrong with discussing this... We overlook situation because we have our own issues to deal with. |

He has a big problem with not having sex for a long period of time. He already admitted that he masturbates (it's in his book).
There's going to be silly women that's going to try to get a date with him. I would run as fast a I could away from him.
He just got a divorce. Whatever happened to getting yourself together first? Just got divorce this summer and already trying to date again.
He keeps using the excuse that he's a pastor and has so much going on that he needs someone by his side, instead of just saying I need somebody to have sex with. Cause we all know that's the real truth.

Nothing wrong with discussing this... We overlook situation because we have our own issues to deal with. That may be true for some, but not for me. It's true we all have our own issues, but some people follow madness cause it makes them feel better about their own madness. I just think it's ridiculous to keep feeding into people's madness. Doesn't mean I don't silently whisper 'Lord bless him' or 'Lord deliver, heal, save and set free' either. There's a such thing as a mediawh--e and unfortunately that is what some people always in the limelight are. There's a such thing as holy groupies and that's what some people are who always follow them. Nevertheless, I'm sure that this will turn into another 35 page thread further spreading the madness................ |

I do share that concern and pray that, if anything, it won't be stepping right into what was "set up" to trigger that, but that God will still speak through - and in spite - of it.
This is the scripture that came to me:

IMO, it brings no edification to further discuss this matter, which is why I stated that we should pray that God continue to work on him.
We can continue to talk about this until the cows come home, what will the end result be?
I agree with GAP:
I find no edification in talking about his sex life, the fact that he masturbates etc. What will that do for us or for our fellow brother or sister?
There are many things that I receive regarding fellow saints of the Lord, but I don't have to mention it so that we can pray - I keep it to myself so I can pray! Did I always do this? NOPE. But I then saw the error of my ways.

The number of other Pastors sleeping with women in the church is a large number....
So he wants to have sex... Big deal... it won't be as if anyone that get's involved with him won't know what they are dealing with...
