I think they are scared of their leader... and just don't know how to leave. I hope they don't believe the lie, you'll be cursed... My former pastor used to tell ppl that, and when they left, she cursed them... witchcraft.... She spoken curses over me Be led by the Holy Spirit to the right church.

For some it maybe fear, for some it maybe loyalty to man rather than to God, and for others it may have well been that God told them be still and they cannnot leave until He releases doing anythng else otherwise as Keita has already said it be disobedience. And if he has not spoken neither you..then sis. you stay focused on the Lord and be determined to persevere in the midst and in spite of it all. And please be very careful of the choice of words you use to discuss this situation..this just maybe one those situations that you know is wrong and messd up that you just don't want to respond to...because the test he is taking maybe the same one you're taking with just a different exam number and subject.

Hello Guys, I'm not surprised that Weeks is being allowed to preach... that's because he was over a ministry that was never really going to hold him accountable anyway.
Why? Because he didn't come to be the Pastor of a church... People came and joined a church because they wanted to follow Weeks and Juanita. This is one of the issue that I have started to have about non-dem. churches... they don't have any ruling board to be accountable to.
I think it was better in the past were people got together as Christians and had fellowship and started a ministry because God is the focus. Then the person that became a Pastor or leader of a church did so because they were called by God, knew the word and had a walk with God that was a decent example...
When something happened that went wrong... the church board simply aske the Pastor to step down and they got a new Pastor. If the Pastor in question did continue to preach... He usually did so after a period of time in a new place. Usually a new church in another state!
Now we have gotten so caught up in the "touch not my anointed" deal that we forget that God was simply stating that they people shouldn't be harmed... But it wasn't meant to continue to follow people who are in error and clearly in need of healing themselves...
In fact you know what scares me...
What scres me is that a couple could probably walk in that church right now and ask for marriage counseling and possible STILL be seen by Weeks! And sadly there would be plenty of people that would justfy it.

Has anybody seen Evangelist Tonya Hall? I know She has her own ministry, but she has never stayed away his long. You usually see her at some of prophetess Bynum's engagements. I wonder if She was who Bishop weeks was talking about.

You have to be invited to host TBN or be on TBN She is a regular host and usually scheduled inadvance... I notice that when a person is going through a divorce, they put you on hold till it is over.... When she filed for divorce back in 2005... TBN cancelled her till she drop or put the divorce on hold... The only reason she hosted in September is because she was already scheduled, to do that program and the divorce was still on hold.

No one knows why she is not hosting..and just maybe they will do to her what they did with Bishop McClendon.. This is what I was told back in 2005.... I asked my secretary(when I was working) what happen to her, why I haven't seen her on TBN.... she told me JB was getting a divorce, oh really... I wasn't surpraised. She said, they usually don't let them host while in the process of getting a divorce. What they did with Bishop McClendon.... I don't watch TBN much... only when certain ppl host with certain guest.

He no longer hosts TBN after he got a divorce and since many of us don't watch TBN as much. The format has changed and so are the ministers that they are bringing on. There are many hosts coming on that would have never been TBN before and alot of them are good..

honestly, I can't blame them for pulling his show.
I haven't watched TBN in a long while. I watch the Word network on occassion, however there are other Christian channels that I prefer to watch now.

Yeah... Pulling McClendon's show would have been the only right thing to do... And I really liked his show too... I'm still very surprised and heartbroken over his actions.
When I would watch him I would think...gee what a really good preacher strong in the word! He seemed so passionate about his teaching... Oh well!
