I beg to differ Mel i mean do you seriously believe that as we all fly through the air rapture time that all the weaves are gonna be falling out replaced by bushy afros?  As a sister who's now living weave-free and "happy to be nappy" (and been mocked a lot for it  ), that'd be ALRIGHT with me! ROFL, again!!! Well you know the Hebrew word for "teacher" is "sharpshooter"  And indeed she is! |

Bushy Afros are the natural state of Black hair. Look at the West Africans, Southeast Asians, Pau Paus, etc. No Madame CJ Walker. Even the women have small Afros. Also, hairy armpits and hairy legs is our natural state. I'm hoping women get to pick a few things, like manicured nails  but we all going Biblical.  |

Elder Beck, Sounds like a Mansion to me, if not, I'll be just fine in that "abiding place".  Another 'happy to be nappy sister. No, Jesus spoke these words during His earthly ministry.
Spirit Filled Life Study Bible:
John 14:2-3 In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am there you may be also.

Mansions literally means 'dwelling place'. A better translation is "rooms," conveying the idea that there is ample space in heaven for all who come to Jesus as Savior.
