Heyyyyyyy guys I really need you guys to keep me in your prayers. I am literally homeless right now. I am at the lowest point in my life right now. Really I never thought my life would ever come to this point.  and I personally don't know what to do? For the last two weeks Ive been living in hotels. I am still working thank God, but havn't been able to save any money for a apartment cause I had to pay for my stay at the hotels. Nobody in my family will help out either, I really do feel like I am stuck, and I feel that I am alone  ................So I am literally in persuit of my happiness. |

Jessica, I have been in and out of hotels for 2 years (right now, I am rooming with my best friend). I also didn't have much money after having to pay the hotel costs however, God always made a way. Once I stopped focusing on the circumstances and began to focus on the Lord, things just started happening. I didn't keep whining about living in a hotel, I just went "home" everyday as if it was my very own apartment, then one day my best friend said -come stay with me and save some money. I didn't ask, the door just opened. You may believe that you are homeless because you don't have a home. However, make the most of the situation that you are in. Praise the Lord while you are in that hotel room. Thank Him NOW for bringing you out. Thank Him for how is IS providing while you are there. Before long, there will be no more tears and you will begin to look at things much differently! Also, "happiness" is always based on happenings! But remember the JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH. Choose joy over happiness. Be Blessed Sis!  |

Thank you all for your prayers I appreciate all of you. Thank you ASWSOU for sharing your testimony. I knew I wasn't by myself and that one of you been in the same situation I am in right now. Thats why I felt like I should share this and ask for all of you to please keep me lifted up in prayer.

Its really not that bad stayin in a hotel, I get free toilet trees, I dont have to clean my room, and I get frr breakfast LOL. Its still hard though, going from hotel, to hotel, having to toat all those bags. I am the youngest bag lady I have ever known. Please saints pray that I find me a home soon.

I will expain, There is only certain hotels that accept our vouchers from my job and I only get them on the nights that I work. On the nights that I dont work I have stay at another hotel because the one that I stay at on the nights that I work I can't afford the flat rate its too expensive so I have to stay at a less expensive hotel on the nights that I don't work. I know it sounds crazy. I havn't found one where I can work out a extended stay yet. Still looking. Many Blessings and Thank you all so much for your prayers they are greatly appreciated. ;D |

Your breakthrough is on its way sis. Remember the eyes of the lord are upon they that fear Him. When i think of the goodness of the lord and all that He has done for us i truly will say that we have no choice than to praise Him.
Remember that Jesus became poor that u might become rich-He Himself said that He had nowhere to lay His head and so He is more than qualified to understand where u are and will bring u into ur wealthy place-the lord truly bless u xxx
In the time being is there anyone at ur church who could rent u a room cheaply temporarily?

Oh miss beulah I missed your question I am sorry. No there is nobody at my church, Ive tried that once renting a room off a lady from my church awhile back she turned out to be crazyyyyyyy and she is now homeless herself. on the weekends that I am off I do stay whith another lady from my church she is like a mother to me Ive known her since I was nine and grew up with her kids in church. Im sure she would offer to take me in but she has a very small apartment and two of her daughters are still living with her.

Hi young lady..
Have you contacted you local area welfare office ? I know where I live they have list of apartments that are low rent. There are agencies out that will assist you..and if all else fails check out renting a room from someone who is elderly..sometimes the rent is cheaper and they are more willing to help out..
