The Bible says, those who endure to the end shall be saved(Matthew 10:22, 24:13 & Mark 13:13.
Hebrews 6:4-6 Hbr 6:4 For [it is] impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
Hbr 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
Hbr 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put [him] to an open shame.
Hebrews 10:26 Hbr 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

AT, I'm not really seeing the connection you're making between those scriptures and the questions posed. Could you clarify a bit?

AT, I assure you that my comments were NOT directed specifically towards you or anyone else on this board; I've been guilty of this myself. I didn't even have this thread in mind when I posted that.

I think that that hits on some questions that people have. If one says that Jesus died for ALL sins, how can one go to hell? When I read this This Scripture came to my mind Romans 5:8 "For God commended His love towards us, that while we where yet sinners Christ died for us." ;D ;D

AMen Jessica he made salvation available for those who would accept the one who has made atonement once and for all for us.
Its just like voting. Now back in the day, when african americans couldnt register to vote we didnt have a voice, but after fighting for equal rights and such we are now able to vote as a people, but we all dont take advantage of that opportunity to vote, but the chance has been provided (given that nothing else besides race prohibits one i.e being a felon etc.) Its offered to us but we can choose to vote or not, at the end dont complain about who was put into office when you didnt even take the time to vote...(now i know sometimes things are rigged up dont get me wrong, but the example was for the sake of discussion...(smile)
I hope that makes things a lil more understandable for some.

What is our assurance of salvation? That's a pertinent question here. Blessed Assurance Jesus is mine ohhhhhhhhh what a foretaste of glory divine. Heir of salvation purchased of God Born of His Spirit, washed in His Blood. *After that statement that song just burst in my spirit* Many Blessings Jessica

The real question is after being saved can one walk out from under the grace of God for Salvayion and return to a lifestyle of sin which would without repentance ultimately lead to a persons destruction..
That answer is yes..

I am just going off the title, I have NOT read the entire thread.
But I don't think salvation can be lost because it is a free gift from God. We can sometimes not recognize that we are ALL entitled to salvation no matter who you are or where you are in the world. Something that is ALWAYS there can never be lost or taken away. No matter who you are or what you may have done salvation is always there . It cannot be earned not bought it just is... (through Christ Jesus).

That answer is yes.. I don't think we can walk out of Gods grace. where sin abounds grace abounds much more. I think we can abuse Gods grace. But it's always there..
